How to make a delicious tofu with simple items in your kitchen without spending a lot of time?

What do you need:
– Soybeans: 200 grams
– Vinegar: 3 teaspoons
– Salt: 1 pinch
– Water
– Sieve (usually used for baking), piece of thin fabric
– Blender

☘️How to do:
– After soaking the soybeans overnight, put them in a blender with water to pureed, then filter to collect the soy milk.
– Boil soy milk
– Then mix 3 tablespoons of vinegar + 2 tablespoons of water + a pinch of salt, pour this mixture into a pot of boiling soy milk and stir constantly until you see more precipitate, stop, turn off the heat.
– Place the cloth on the sieve, then slowly pour in the filter, gently squeeze out the water and form. Keep in mind that you don’t pour the whole mixture at once because the tofu will break and it won’t be sticky.

Then … finish. So delicious! Tofu after frying is not dry, soft and very smooth.
