Origin: Peru

Paprika (Peruvian red pepper, red bell pepper, Capsicum Annuum) is a culinary seasoning made from dried sweet red bell peppers. It is used in worldwide cuisines to add color and flavor to specific dishes.
Paprika is used in the preparation of sausages as an ingredient that is mixed with meats and other spices. Paprika may be smoked for additional flavor.

Harvest: Oct – Feb, but the higher production volumes is from March to July
